I’m excited to share details about our upcoming single-day winter program, Dream of Courage, on January 19th in Teaneck, NJ. This half-day bravery boot camp is designed for youth ages 7–13. While it is not therapy, the program is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy principles and focuses on helping children approach challenges, set self-determined goals, and build motivation and confidence through warm, growth-oriented, and engaging activities.
