Narrative of Services:

I provide medication management and CBT with ERP for OCD and OC-related disorders through telehealth.

Training Description:

I have been treating OCD-spectrum disorders for 2 years as an advanced-practice registered nurse. I have received specialized training in the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Exposure and Response Prevention through PESI. I have experience offering therapy and medication management for OCD. In addition, I have personal experience, having been diagnosed with severe OCD at age 8 and receiving effective management through an OCD-specialized therapist, which gave me a passion to serve this population.
