Narrative of Services:
I have worked with individuals with OCD across a range of severity, from mild to debilitating symptoms. While I do not personally provide ERP, I collaborate with and refer to a strong network of therapists who do. I focus on providing education, supporting patients in understanding their symptoms, and helping them realize that with appropriate treatment, they can learn to manage OCD effectively.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
Anxiety disorders, phobia, depression, mood disorders
Training Description:
I have completed workshops and trainings in evidence-based treatments for anxiety and OCD. I maintain my knowledge through continuing education, networking, and collaboration with colleagues experienced in OCD care, ensuring I provide informed and thoughtful support for individuals with OCD and related disorders.
