Narrative of Services:
Our practice specializes in treating OCD and related disorders, which comprise approximately 60% of our caseload. We offer individual therapy utilizing ERP, CBT, and ACT, via telehealth. To date, we have treated over 200 individuals with OCD or related conditions such as BDD, hoarding, trichotillomania, skin picking/excoriation disorder and health anxiety. We provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing support tailored to each client’s needs, with a focus on evidence-based, goal-oriented care.

Training Description:
I have over 20 years of experience treating individuals with OCD and related disorders using evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My training includes post-doctoral training p focused on anxiety and OCD spectrum disorders at a university-affiliated medical center, as well as specialized workshops through the Center for Anxiety and Behavior Therapy, IOCDF and ongoing clinical supervision with experts from academic institutions recognized for their contributions to OCD research and treatment.

I have received formal training in cultural competency through graduate coursework, continuing education, and clinical supervision. My experience includes working with diverse populations across racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and LGBTQ+ backgrounds in community mental health, university counseling, and private practice settings. I strive to provide culturally responsive care by integrating clients’ cultural identities and values into treatment and maintaining a stance of humility and openness.
