Anxiety Canada

Anxiety Canada is a registered Canadian charity established in 1999 located in Vancouver, Canada. Our mission is to reduce the barrier of anxiety and related disorders, such as OCD, so people can live the lives they want. We do this by providing trusted resources that individuals with anxiety and/or OCD can use. We host a dedicated OCD webpage, #Ouranxietystories podcasts, downloadable articles, blogs, and videos about anxiety and OCD.

Anxiety Canada also collaborates with like-minded organizations to advocate for evidence-based training, education, and services for Canadians suffering from anxiety and/or OCD. We have dedicated volunteers with lived experience on our Community Advisory Committee and a Scientific Advisory Committee who inform our services and programs from a scientific lens.
