Narrative of Services:

My practice offers treatment for OCD, hoarding, anxiety and related conditions. The majority of the clients treated at the practice experience stated conditions, including multiple practitioners. While previously employed by a non-profit, the total number of individuals I’ve treated exceeds fifty.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

In my work with clients with OCD and co-occurring ADHD, mood disorders, personality disorders, SUDs, and anxiety disorders, I use a structured though flexible approach grounded in evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care. Treatment includes psychoeducation, skills-building, exposure-based interventions, and ongoing attention to emotional regulation. I collaborate with clients to understand how patterns like emotional intensity, impulsivity, avoidance, or shame intersect with OCD symptoms. Together we create a therapeutic alliance focused on reducing symptoms, increasing insight, and strengthening supportive habits, while honoring each client’s pace, lived experience, and capacity for change.

Training Description:

In addition to the coursework provided in my graduate program, I have two years of experience treating clients experiencing OCD and related conditions. I have completed workshops with curriculums specific to ERP, DBT, and ACT. I have also been consistently under supervison with a senior therapist. First while employed at a non-profit (Callen-Lorde) and presently under my current supervisor.

Diversity Statement:

The populations I have worked with include those experiencing homelessness, LGBTQIA+, people of color, immigrants, asylum seekers and youth, with many in the intersection of multiple stated identities.

In addition to the information stated above, my education in my undergraduate and graduate programs included various courses geared toward marginalized communities, the injustices experienced by Black, brown and indigenous populations, and those with unique challenges at the intersections of race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, and citizenship status. I have also provided training on LGBTQIA+ competencies.
