Narrative of Services:

50% of my caseload includes individuals or couples with OCD. I also work with individuals managing anxiety, relationship and boundary issues even when that falls outside of an obsessive compulsive pattern.

Training Description:

I have been trained in ERP and pure O OCD as well as ACT and IFS.

Diversity Statement:

I am a first-generation Spanish speaker with experience working with multicultural populations, including interfaith marriages and a focus on BIPOC clients. I offer bilingual therapy and specializes in supporting diverse communities navigating cultural identity, intersectionality, and systemic challenges. I integrate culturally responsive approaches to ensure therapy is inclusive and affirming for all clients.

As a social worker, I receive specific training on cultural competency and regularly participate in workshops and continuing education focused on decolonizing clinical therapy. These trainings help me critically examine systemic barriers and integrate culturally responsive, inclusive practices into my work with diverse populations.
