Narrative of Services:

I have received abundant specialized training in the proper use of Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) as it pertains to the treatment of OCD and related disorders. Additionally, I have received training in the components/implementation of I-CBT. Committed to utilizing evidence-based therapy practices, I possess a strong therapeutic foundation rooted in CBT and commonly use components of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to best support my clients. Approximately two-thirds of my caseload has consisted of individuals seeking OCD-specific treatment services post-graduation.

Training Description:

I completed my graduate training with a focus in the evidence-based treatment of OCD, alongside PTSD and other anxiety-related disorders (e.g. specific phobias, panic). Following my graduation, I accrued ample experience while practicing within a specialized group wherein I supported adults and children struggling with a variety of OCD themes. As of early 2024, I have successfully fulfilled all duties associated with owning/operating a full-time private practice while continuing to develop my skills as a specialized clinician via training seminars, advanced group consultation, and more.

Diversity Statement:

I continually strive toward cultural competence, am a vocal advocate for marginalized groups, and embrace versatility in meeting each of my client’s needs. I value working with diverse populations, and take pride in being an LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician. I wholeheartedly believe each person has the right to access effective, individualized mental health care.
