Narrative of Services:
85% of my caseload is individuals with OCD. Our doctoral-level clinic offers various interventions to help clients of all ages with OCD and OC Related Disorders.
Training Description:
I have experience working in specialized OCD inpatient centers, where I supported individuals through intensive treatment programs. This experience has given me a strong understanding of evidence-based approaches for OCD, including exposure and response prevention (ERP) and cognitive-behavioral strategies. I am skilled at helping clients transition from inpatient to outpatient care, providing guidance and continuity in treatment to ensure progress is maintained in the less structured outpatient setting. I focus on creating collaborative, individualized plans that bridge intensive therapy with ongoing support, empowering clients to apply the skills they’ve learned in their daily lives.
Diversity Statement:
Our practice is committed to providing culturally responsive care and supporting clients from diverse backgrounds. We have BIPOC providers available and strive to match clients with clinicians who can best understand and respect their cultural experiences. Our clinicians have experience working with multicultural populations and are attentive to the unique ways culture can shape mental health, treatment preferences, and engagement in therapy.
I have received training and developed experience in providing culturally competent care through both formal education and clinical practice. This includes working with clients from diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, as well as LGBTQ+ populations. I have experience supporting clients in specialized settings, including OCD inpatient programs, and bridging care to outpatient therapy, always considering cultural values, beliefs, and preferences in treatment planning. Additionally, our practice prioritizes diversity among our providers, including BIPOC clinicians, to ensure clients can access care that is both culturally informed and sensitive to individual experiences.
