Narrative of Services:

At GroundWork Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Orlando I specialize in the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, BFBRs, and specific phobias in adults and adolescents utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) / Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).

Training Description:

I began treating OCD in 2019 at the partial hospitalization level of care at a nationally recognized facility where I received extensive training from well know clinicians in the Tampa area. I’ve completed training and certification in HRT / COMB model for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs). In addition, I have training in CBIT for tics / tourettes.
