Narrative of Services:

I specialize in treating OCD and related anxiety disorders using acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure and response prevention, and cognitive behavior therapy. 100% of my practice is dedicated to clients with OCD and anxiety disorders. I see clients mostly via telehealth to allow for more specialized OCD treatment across Louisiana.

Training Description:

I have worked with OCD and related disorders in some capacity since 2020, including co-leading support groups and CE courses, and in individual therapy sessions. I have been trained in ERP, ACT, and CBT. I continually attend trainings to make sure my clinical knowledge is up to date, and I frequently consult with other OCD therapists. I also serve on the board of OCD Louisiana.
