Narrative of Services:
About 50% of my caseload is dedicated to the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of OCD, and I have treated approximately 50 individuals with OCD to date. I provide exposure and response prevention (ERP) integrated with ACT for teens and adults, in person in Driggs, Idaho, and via telehealth across Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah. I treat harm, contamination, relationship, sensorimotor, scrupulosity, and just-right OCD, including mental compulsions, using Y-BOCS assessment to track progress. I also offer SPACE parent-focused treatment for caregivers, and CBT-I for clients with co-occurring OCD and insomnia.
Training Description:
I hold a master’s in clinical social work from Boston University. In 2024, I completed specialized ERP training and consultation for OCD through the Center for Anxiety & Behavior Therapy (CAB-T). I attend biweekly supervision and consultation through Teton Psychological Services and ACBS to review my OCD cases with leading experts in the field. I also trained in SPACE at the Yale Child Study Center and in CBT-I at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine, where I attend weekly supervision. I am an IOCDF member and am licensed in Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah.
Diversity Statement:
My MSW training at Boston University’s School of Social Work was grounded in social justice, anti-oppressive practice, and cultural humility. I have completed training through Gender Spectrum on affirming care for transgender and gender-expansive clients. I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership in which clients are the experts in their own lives, and I adapt ERP and other evidence-based treatments to each client’s identity, values, culture, and lived experience. Much of my work serves rural mountain communities across Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah, where I use telehealth to reduce barriers to specialty OCD care.
