Narrative of Services:
My services are geared towards helping individuals struggling to cope with uncertainty. I approach treatment from a behavioral perspective using elements of Exposure Therapy with Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Around 60% of my clients are coping with either OCD or an OC-Related Disorder.

I earned my Psy.D. the from University of Denver in 2011 where I specialized in anxiety disorders, OCD, and health psychology. I completed my internship/postdoctoral training at Tulane University School of Medicine where I worked as an Assistant Professor/Clinical Psychologist until February, 2020 seeing patients with anxiety/OCD as well as coping with the uncertainty of cancer treatment and resulting fears. I In February, 2020 I opened my own practice, New Orleans Anxiety & OCD, LLC where I see individuals coping with OCD and anxiety. I have attended the IOCDF conference for years often assisting with the Road to Recovery Tour.
