Narrative of Services:
My practice offers outpatient psychotherapy for teens and adults with anxiety-related concerns. At this time, approximately 50% of my caseload includes individuals experiencing OCD or OCD-related symptoms, often alongside anxiety, panic, or mood difficulties. I have worked with individuals presenting with intrusive thoughts, repetitive behaviors, and avoidance that impact daily functioning. Treatment integrates evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ERP-informed strategies, and DBT skills, with care tailored to each client’s presentation and readiness.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
Treatment for OCD and co-occurring concerns is structured, collaborative, and skills-based. I use CBT and ERP-informed approaches to help clients identify obsessive thought patterns, reduce compulsive behaviors, and increase tolerance for uncertainty. When anxiety, mood symptoms, or emotional dysregulation are also present, DBT skills are integrated to support distress tolerance and emotion regulation. Treatment is paced thoughtfully, with a focus on building insight, confidence, and sustainable change—without forcing or overwhelming the client.
