Ana H. Adelstein LPC
Over my two-decades-plus of practice, I’ve worked with hundreds of children and adults struggling with OCD. Currently, I see only adult clients and more than half consist of persons with OCD and/or OC-related disorders.
I am an LPC licensed in Georgia. My graduate training had a strong focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also use Mindfulness and Acceptance and Committment Therapy. I have completed over 40 hours of additional training in the treatment of OCD to include Exposure and Response Prevention. I also work with clients who are experiencing symptoms of Anxiety disorders.
I am affirming of all racial, ethnic, cultural and religious identities, as well as of all gender and sexual identities.
I’m a longtime member of The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), and I have expertise and experience in working with persons who are LGBGTQI+ as well as those who are neurodiverse.
