Narrative of Services:

Kairos features diverse modalities including acupressure, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Coaching (KAP & KAC), Play Therapy, Forest Bathing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Therapy. We offer evidence-based treatments primarily for OCD and Anxiety disorders.
We involve the whole family in OCD treatment and have a robust offering of parent and family workshops, as well as SPACE training. SPACE is a parent-based treatment approach created by Yale doctor Eli Lebowitz, which stands for Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions, for supporting children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related problems.

Diversity Statement:

Natalia Aiza has worked in Community Mental Health organizations in both China and the United States. She created a play therapy program at an orphanage in Shanghai.

Natalia is passionate about social justice and access to mental health care. She provided hospital-based therapy to children with serious medical conditions and offered therapy at a free clinic for the Latinx community in Westminster, CO.

Natalia provides services in English, Spanish, Polish, and Mandarin.
