Narrative of Services:

CUCARD Westchester specializes in standard and accelerated outpatient and day program care for children, adolescents, and young adults whose lives are severely impaired by anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and related disorders, including tic disorders and trichotillomania. Treatment frequency is individualized and can range from once weekly to daily for several hours a day.

Training Description:

As a licensed clinical psychologist at Columbia University’s Clinic for Anxiety and Related Disorders (Westchester), I utilize evidence based treatment modalities such as ERP, CBT, and ACT to address OCD and its common co-occurring disorders in children, adolescents, and adults.
Education & Training: Following the completion of my PhD at Stony Brook University, I obtained a postdoctoral fellowship at the McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School OCD Institute for Children and Adolescents. I was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at Stony Brook University before joining the faculty at Columbia University.
