Jaclyn Alper MA, LPC
I specialize in using evidence-based treatments to treat anxiety disorders, OCD, and PTSD. The majority of my practice is comprised of clients with one or more of these disorders. I began treating individuals with OCD in 2013 and have since gained experience with a diverse presentation of symptoms. My approach begins with thorough assessment followed by collaborative treatment planning with each client.
I am currently accepting new clients.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience treating OCD and anxiety. I have a master’s degree in Professional Clinical Counseling and have advanced, specialized training in evidence-based therapies. In 2013 I was trained in Exposure and Response Prevention at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety at the University of Pennsylvania and then received supervision with a senior therapist who specializes in treating OCD and anxiety. I have also participated in advanced trainings focused on ERP and CBT through the Anxiety and Depression Association of America and received training in CBT from the Beck Institute.
