Narrative of Services:

I am a licensed psychologist who works with patients with OCD, specific phobias, excoriation, Trichotillomania, Selective Mutism, social anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood or behavioral disorders. For individuals with OCD, I am able to offer sessions multiple days per week or weekly depending on the patient’s severity and availability.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

OCD may co-occur with several different disorders. If OCD is the primary concern, a CBT with Exposure and Response Prevention will be used to treat OCD symptoms. However, I would personalize treatment for other concerns based on patient needs, potentially using CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and/or Habit and Reversal Training to address other executive functioning, mood, sensory, social skills challenges, or tics/Tourettes.

Training Description:

I am a licensed psychologist who had two years of training and supervision at an IOP clinic, treating children, adolescents, and adults with OCD and related disorders during graduate school. My supervisors had years to decades of experience treating OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders. I have also presented at IOCDF and co-led a support group for individuals with OCD.
