Rachel Anderson LCSW

I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, including OCD. In addition to the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), I have attended numerous anxiety and OCD-focused trainings. I utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) , ERP (Exposure Response with Prevention), and mindfulness in treating individuals with OCD. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of New Jersey. I received a Masters in Social Work from Bryn Mawr School of Social Work and Social Research and am an Adjunct Faculty member at Monmouth University’s School of Social Work.
