Usually my practice is minimum 60 % of OCD and anxiety related cases other part is usually trauma work. Approximately half of my clients showed great improvments with ERP only. Around 30% are complicated cases with comorobidities which required also Psychiatric support but with the help of medication slowly are showing good results. Around 20% of cases are dropped out (didn’t want to continue ERP).

I completed 4 year CBT program in Lviv (Ukraine) and additional BTTI training through the IOCDF. I’m supporting individuals with OCD and anxiety since 2020. Currently working Telehealth only.
