Narrative of Services:
I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults with OCD and/or OCD related disorders. I utilize evidence-based treatment to target a wide range of OCD presentations, including—but not limited to—sexual orientation, just right, relationships, pedophilia, scrupulosity, and contamination. My caseload is about 85% is OCD and/or OCD related disorders clients.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
In addition to OCD, I also treat anxiety disorders (phobias, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety), illness anxiety disorder, depressive disorder, and ADHD; as well as PTSD (for children). My clinical approach is grounded in extensive training and practical experience with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) treatment for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs).
Training Description:
I completed the IOCDF’s BTTI: Treating OCD in Communities of Color. I completed an ACT course (May 2025), and currently taking a Trauma Focused ACT course. I am also taking a year long meditation on death currently, and will be taking another year long meditation course in September on utilizing meditation in psychotherapy.
