Narrative of Services:

I’m a Harvard- and MGH-affiliated clinical psychologist specializing in the evidence-based treatment of OCD, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), and body-focused repetitive behaviors (e.g., hair-pulling, skin-picking). In therapy, we will use exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), habit reversal training (HRT), and acceptance, mindfulness, and emotion regulation techniques to target your symptoms and help you reach your goals. If you’re interested in learning more, feel free to reach out for a free phone consultation.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
In addition to OCD and related disorders, I also use empirically supported interventions to treat anxiety disorders (e.g., agoraphobia, panic disorder, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, and specific phobias), depression, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and other commonly co-occurring disorders. I also help my patients tackle issues related to perfectionism, stress, self-esteem, and difficulty with life transitions.
Training Description:

Outside of my private practice, I am a staff psychologist in the Center for OCD and Related Disorders (CORD) at Massachusetts General Hospital and faculty at Harvard Medical School. I received my PhD from Washington University in St. Louis, and completed my clinical internship at University of Chicago Medicine. I completed my postdoctoral training at Boston University’s Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD).
