Narrative of Services:

Therapy services include (not limited to) working with the following: OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, self-esteem, and grief. I work with individuals (adults and adolescents) and couples. OCD work is tailored to the client and their individual needs. I provide in-person and virtual counseling.

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

Training Description:
I started working with clients with OCD in 2022. I have attended IOCDF conferences (in-person and virtually). In 2024, I attended a 4-Day Intensive Workshop: ACT – Theory and Practice, and a webinar on ACT for OCD, both offered by the Cognitive Behavior Institute. I have also completed the BTTI training and received certification.
