My clinical training in the past has included treatment of up to 50% of individuals seen with OC Related disorders and/or co-occurring disorders with whom I have provided either ERP, CBT and/or behavioral skills training.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Currently accepting new clients! I provide treatment for anxiety, depression, PTSD/CPTSD, OCD, and ADHD through CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Exposure Response Therapy/ERP and Prolonged Exposure/PE. I utilize evidenced-based practice to ensure the highest quality of care for my clients, and my therapeutic style is compassionate, upbeat and sincere. I believe in creating a safe and empathetic space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions and life experiences to gain insight and achieve personal goals. I also integrate breathing techniques, sleep and behavioral skills for stress management.

I have 10 years of post-baccalaureate experience in applied clinical practice that has included training and employment at the Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior at the UCLA School of Medicine and top-ranked psychiatric Harvard Medical School affiliate, McLean Hospital.
