The majority of my practice is treating OCD and Anxiety disorders. I have experience with perfectionism, ROCD, scrupulosity, POCD, HOCD, BDD and Harm OCD. I have counseled over 300 clients with OCD through the years.

I have over 10 years experience working with teens and adults with OCD, Trichotillomania, and skin picking in private practice, Biofeedback and addiction counseling centers. I have attended the IOCDF conference for the last 5 years as well as been OCD credentialed through BTTI. I practice ERP, CBT, ACT and ComB currently in private practice. I have also experienced OCD in my personal life with family members diagnosed and treated for OCD.
