Narrative of Services:

I specialize in providing evidence-based therapies for children, adolescents, adults, and their families. I use a collaborative and compassionate approach to assist my clients with reaching their goals and live a life driven by their values. To treat OCD, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and other mindfulness-based treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also treat Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors such as Trichotillomania (hair-pulling) and Excoriation Disorder (compulsive skin picking) using CBT and Habit Reversal Training (HRT).

Training Description:

I am a licensed therapist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist. In my private practice, I specialize in treating OCD, Anxiety Disorders, OCD-Related Disorders, trauma, and ADHD. I received extensive training in treating OCD and OCD-Related Disorders from some of the top experts and researchers in the field. I also work for NOCD.
