Narrative of Services:
I work with children (ages 10+), teens, and adults with various forms of OCD using an Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) approach. I also offer consultation services for parents whose children are coping with OCD and other anxiety disorders. In addition to OCD, I enjoy working with a wide range of presenting problems such as depression, grief, relationship (marital/peer/family) issues, and adjustment to other life stressors. I offer a free phone consultation to clients who are interested to see if I am a good match for their needs.
Training Description:
I attended trainings in both pediatric and adult OCD from the Center for Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) at the University of Pennsylvania. I also completed a pediatric training in OCD through the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), which was offered by the International OCD Foundation. Finally, I sought training in the Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) program through the Yale Child Study Center. Earlier in my career, I earned my doctoral degree from the University of Virginia and completed a predoctoral internship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute at Johns Hopkins.
