Throughout my career I have had a specialty interest in the evaluation and treatment of OCD. I continue to work with children, adolescent, and adult clients providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. I provide evidence-based treatment from a strengths-based perspective and have specialty training in CBT, ERP, and Habit Reversal Therapy for Tics / Tourette’s / Trichotillomania. I provide CBT/Exposure Therapy for Anxiety Disorders including Social Anxiety, Specific Phobias, Generalized Anxiety, as well as seeing clients for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Depression, behavioral problems, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, stress management , and provide parent coaching support.

I obtained my Doctorate/Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Child and Family Psychology, from APA-accredited Palo Alto University, Pacific Graduate School of Psychology. My Postdoctoral Residency was completed at the Psychiatry Department at Kaiser Permanente, San Rafael. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings with children, adolescents and adults providing individual, family and group therapy. I have completed training on OCD evaluation and treatment through Rogers Behavioral Health, an internationally recognized organization that provides evidence-based treatment and trainings on OCD.
