I offer telehealth and in-person appointments (Ravenswood in Chicago) appointments to clients in IL. I serve clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety and OCD. About a quarter of my practice is primary OCD.

I’ve been working with people with OCD for approximately 9 years. I previously worked as a therapist, supervisor and then director at a higher level of care eating disorder treatment center where I received extensive training in the Unified Protocol and Exposure and Response Prevention. I continue to receive ongoing training on eating disorders and OCD and most recently attended the 2025 IOCDF conference.

I receive ongoing training to ensure I practice cultural humility and cultural competency with diverse populations. I have taken multiple trainings on providing LGBTQ+ affirming care and have received advanced training in providing gender affirming care, including training on how to write letters for gender affirming medical care for clients when required by insurance.
