Since graduate school, the majority of my caseload includes OCD and the following related disorders: phobias, panic disorder, social phobia, generalized anxiety disorder, body-focused repetitive behaviors, posttraumatic stress disorder, as well as major depression. I utilize various treatment interventions for these concerns in accordance with clients presentations and preferences, such as CBT, ERP, ACT, I-CBT, MCT, DBT, PE, and CPT.

I have been treating OCD and related disorders for almost five years. My experiences started during college when I worked as a research assistant in labs that focused on OCD, anxiety, and trauma. My internship in graduate school was at St. Louis Behavioral medicine institute where I trained in an intensive outpatient program for clients with OCD and anxiety related disorders. Post graduate school, I have attended trainings for various treatment approaches including inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy (I-CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), prolonged exposure (PE), and metacognitive therapy (MCT). Currently, I am involved in regular group consultation.
