Training Description:
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with advanced training in CBT and ERP for OCD and anxiety through the Beck Institute. I have several years of experience treating OCD and related disorders, including perfectionism, skin picking, and hair pulling. My work emphasizes structured, collaborative care that reduces compulsions and improves daily functioning. In addition to clinical practice, I authored Yesterday It Rained: An Illustrated Guide to Living with Anxiety, a creative resource designed to make evidence-based concepts more accessible and supportive for clients.

I welcome clients from different backgrounds and want therapy to feel safe, respectful, and personal. I adjust CBT and ERP to fit each person’s needs and values, keeping treatment collaborative and practical. My goal is for every client to feel understood and supported. I adapt CBT and ERP to fit individual experiences and values, and I believe treatment works best when it feels collaborative.
