Dujardin’s practice offers in person and Telehealth OCD assessments and psychotherapy treatments in New York and in Puerto Rico. He treats children, adolescents, adults and also provides family and group therapy. Approximately 50% of his practice are individuals with OCD. He provides therapy in English, Spanish and Spanglish.
Dujardin has over 20 years of specialized training and experience treating individuals with OCD, anxiety, depression and autism. He provides individualized treatment utilizing a combination of cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT) including ERP, ACT and ABA. In 2019, he completed the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) program provided by the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation (IOCDF).
Dujardin is of Puerto Rican descent and has dedicated his career to working with diverse ethnic and racial populations in both New York and Puerto Rico. At present, 80% of his practice are Latinx folks and people of color.
Dujardin is a licensed clinical social worker, trainer, clinical supervisor and mental health administrator. He received extensive training in diversity and multicultural approaches to counseling at both grassroots community based organizations as well as major institutions throughout the Bronx, Queens and Manhattan. Much of his clinical experience has been with underserved communities of color at various organizations including Montefiore-Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Columbia-New York State Psychiatric Institute, New York Child Resource Center, Saint Mary’s Hospital for Children, Daytop Village, Cooper Kids Therapy, Harlem Dowling-Westside Center for Children and Family Services and the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Group Psychotherapy: Managing Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, an ERP (Exposure and Response/Ritual Prevention) informed approach
A psychotherapeutic group for folks diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). This group will focus on learning and practicing exposure and response/ritual prevention (ERP) skills.
