Our mission at the Sendan Center is to provide you the very best in child and adolescent mental and behavioral healthcare services through comprehensive, collaborative, evidence-based care.
Sendan Center seeks to deliver services to clients where and when they need them by offering services in the office, in the home, in the school, and in the community, based on the needs, abilities, and resources of the client and family. We strive to ensure that our services are timely, appropriate and sensitive to age, culture, language, gender and physical condition of the client. We are located in a facility that is accessible to the disabled.
She has extensive knowledge and 20 years of experience in providing evidence based therapies with children and their families. She has received additional training, consultation, and certification through the International OCD Foundation through the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute to address and serve pediatric OCD clients utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a strong emphasis in exposure and response prevention. In addition, she has attended the Tourette Syndrome Association-Behavior Therapy Institute to conduct C-BIT with children and their families.
She presently specializes in treating in children and adolescents with anxiety and tic disorders including hair pulling and skin picking disorders.
