I treat teens and adults with a wide variety of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, relationship conflicts, social anxiety, phobias, perfectionism, test anxiety, school/ work avoidance, mild substance abuse, stress associated with chronic illnesses, and post-viral illnesses.

I have received formal training in CBT, ERP, and Motivational Interviewing and have been treating OCD and OCD’s various subtypes for numerous years.

-Meets virtually for one hour on Wednesday at 5:00 pm

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Long Covid Group
-Meets virtually for one hour on Tuesday at 2:00 pm
