Arianna Brandolini PsyD
Through her warm and collaborative style, Dr. Brandolini aims to empower individuals to overcome current obstacles and see their life goals realized. She has expertise in the cognitive behavioral treatment of OCD and OCD Related Disorders (including Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Hoarding, Trichotillomania, and Skin Picking), as well as the treatment of individuals suffering from anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and depressive disorders. Dr. Brandolini’s treatment emphasis is in the use of evidence based treatments, such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Prolonged Exposure (PE).

After graduating with a B.A. from Harvard University, Dr. Brandolini spent several years working at McLean Hospital’s OCD Institute, where she developed a passion for individualized, collaborative treatment using research-supported techniques. Her post-doctoral training was at Spectrum Neuroscience and Treatment Institute, where she treated individuals suffering from anxiety disorders, OCD, and ASD. Dr. Brandolini maintains a private practice in Manhattan, and consistently collaborates with, and is supervised by, senior OCD specialists, including IOCDF Scientific Advisory Board members.
