My practice is dedicated to helping individuals find freedom from mental health challenges. A significant portion of my work, approximately 60%, is focused on treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders. I specialize in evidence-based treatments, primarily Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a highly effective form of cognitive behavioral therapy. Since starting my practice, I have had the privilege of providing specialized care and support to those struggling with OCD, helping them build resilience and reclaim their lives. My work also extends to treating trauma and relationship issues, often in conjunction with OCD.
I have been seeing OCD patients since 2019, and am pursuing Advanced ERP Certification.
In addition to ongoing personal study, my training includes the following classes:
— Scrupulosity, Harm OCD, & Social Anxiety/Agoraphobia: Artfully Using Exposure & Response Prevention (Patrick B. McGrath, Ph.D., Jon Hershfield, MFT)
— Changing The OCD Mindset Rapidly (Reid Wilson, Ph.D.)
— Creative Treatment Strategies Using Exposure And Response Prevention (Patrick B. McGrath, Ph.D)
— Exposure And Response Prevention: The Gold Standard In Anxiety And OCD Treatment (Dr. Becky Beaton-York)
— Intensive Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) For OCD (Center for Anxiety & Behavior Therapy)
My caseload has historically included non-white men and women
