Narrative of Services:

My practice specializes in treating OCD and anxiety-related disorders, with 90% of my adult clients seeking support for these concerns. I offer experiential, evidence-based treatment using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’m also trained in Habit Reversal Training for Skin picking/hair pulling. Sessions focus on building and practicing skills in real time, helping clients apply these tools effectively in their daily lives between sessions.

Training Description:

I’m a licensed therapist with 10 years of experience and 3 years specializing in treating OCD. As someone with lived experience of OCD, I’m deeply passionate about providing effective, evidence-based care. I regularly pursue continuing education, engage in a peer consultation group, and seek ongoing training in ERP and related approaches to ensure the highest quality of treatment.
