Narrative of Services:

I work at a private practice in Winchester, VA. Currently 40% of my clients have OCD and 40% have a non-OCD anxiety disorder. My primary approach to treatment is cognitive-behavioral therapy, including exposure treatments. I often include strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well. I enjoy working with individuals suffering from OCD, OCD Spectrum Disorders and Anxiety Disorders.

Training Description:

I completed a practicum training at the Behavior Therapy Center of Greater Washington from 2004-2005, where I worked with clients with OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders (including OCD, Hoarding and PANDAS). Since that time, I have continued to treat clients with OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders (including BDD, Trichotillomania and Tourettes). Since obtaining my Doctorate in 2006, I have primarily worked with young adults in a residential setting but have recently moved to private practice.
