Narrative of Services:

I recently joined the Eugene Center for Anxiety and Stress (ECAS) where I provide state-of-the-art evidence-based treatments on an outpatient basis for adults suffering from OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions (e.g., BFRBs, body dysmorphic disorder, illness anxiety disorder, depression, insomnia, tics). These treatments include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response/Ritual Prevention (ERP), Prolonged Exposure (PE), CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), Behavioral Activation (BA), and Habit-Reversal Training (HRT). I’m flexible about the duration (45-120 min) and frequency of appointments and I’m happy to conduct “exposure field trips” outside of the office (e.g., in the home or community, driving) if necessary.

Facilities accessible by clients of all mobility levels: Yes

Training Description:

I completed my undergraduate training at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I then earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Arkansas and completed my pre-doctoral internship at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University. I pursued additional specialized experience by completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the Houston OCD Program, and worked at a specialty anxiety center in Seattle for 5 years before joining ECAS. Throughout my career, I obtained extensive experience in the treatment of OCD and related conditions in a variety of settings including specialty anxiety clinics, a residential treatment center, and a VA medical center.
