Kathryn Burnett, PsyD
Narrative of Services:
Dr. Burnett provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapies for anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, PTSD, and related concerns. She uses the following treatment modalities: Exposure and Response Prevention, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed treatment, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE).
CBT for Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD
Dr. Burnett completed a pre-doctoral internship at WellSpan Philhaven CBT, an APA accredited CBT and Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) training program. Dr. Burnett has worked with a diverse range of patients in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, community mental health clinics, private practices, military treatment facilities, and community healthcare organizations. She is trained in various evidence-based therapies and is currently part of an IOCDF consultation group for OCD/ERP.
