Olga Caffee LMHC
About 50% of my practice is focused on OCD and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), such as hair pulling and skin picking. My background in family therapy allows me to treat the individual and the whole family unit that is being impacted by OCD. I also treat anxiety (generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety, phobias, and health anxiety) and tic disorders, as well as working with clients who experience relationship issues, depression, and general stress.
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy for OCD 4-day intensive training through the Cognitive Behavior Institute (CBI); eight-month consultation and certification program designed by a leading ERP expert through the CBI. Virtual Training in the Treatment of BFRBs through the TLC Foundation for BFRBs. Direct supervision under a BTTI-certified therapist while working in a group practice focusing on anxiety and OCD. Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) 2-day intensive training through Tourette’s Association of America Behavior Training Institute.
I have experience treating BIPOC and LGBTQIA individuals.
As a lifelong learner, I educate myself regarding how social and cultural identities influence communication. I strive for cultural competency through training and diverse contact in my community.
