Narrative of Services:

About 40% of my practice is focused on OCD and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), such as hair pulling and skin picking. My background in family therapy allows me to treat the individual and the whole family unit that is being impacted by OCD. I also treat anxiety (such as worry, phobias, and panic)

Training Description:

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy for OCD 4-Day Intensive Training through the Cognitive Behavior Institute (CBI); eight-month consultation and certification program designed by a leading ERP expert through the CBI. Virtual Training in the Treatment of BFRBs through the TLC Foundation for BFRBs. Direct supervision under a BTTI-certified therapist while working in a group practice focusing on anxiety and OCD. I attend the IOCDF conference and other advanced training regularly.

Diversity Statement:

I have experience treating LGBTQ individuals and families.

As a lifelong learner, I educate myself regarding how social and cultural identities influence communication. I strive for cultural competency through training and diverse contact in my community.
