Narrative of Services:

I provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with OCD, anxiety, and perinatal mental health concerns. My first priority is creating a secure therapeutic relationship, rooted in compassion, in which each individual’s unique strengths are affirmed and supported. I integrate mindfulness and self-compassion practices into ERP, ACT, and CBT treatment.

During the course of my work as an outpatient therapist, I have treated nearly 200 clients with diagnoses of Anxiety, OCD, and/or OC spectrum disorders. I view walking alongside clients through the process of change to be a privilege and honor the bravery it takes to work towards growth and healing.

Training Description:

I have specialized training in the treatment of Anxiety, OCD, and Perinatal Mental Health. I received over two years of post-graduate supervision and training from faculty of the IOCDF Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and have extensive experience treating Anxiety and OC Spectrum disorders in individuals across the lifespan. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMH-C) versed in treating mood and anxiety disorders that manifest during pregnancy and postpartum, including Anxiety, Depression, OCD, and PTSD. In addition to providing in person therapy, I also have years of experience providing evidence-based treatment over secure telephone and video platforms.
