Narrative of Services:

I treat OCD, BDD, ARFID, trichotillomania, excoriation, and phobias. I use the gold standard of ERP (exposure and response prevention) and habit reversal training as well as ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) in my sessions.

Training Description:

I have been working closely with adolescents and adults who struggle with OCD since 2019 on both an individual level and an intensive outpatient level.
