I have been treating anxiety and OCD for the past 5 years and working in the clinical therapy field for 15. Currently, 80% of my practice is working with children who have anxiety and/or OCD. I work with children and parents together so that the whole family is supporting a decrease in symptoms.
I treat both OCD and Anxiety using both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Response Prevention.
I have had specialized training through McLean Hospital, Mass General Hospital and the Cognitive Behavior Institute. I am part of several consultation groups that all focus on the treatment of children with anxiety and OCD using a behavioral-based therapy model.
I have been working with international populations both domestically and internationally the entirety of my professional career. I have specialized training in using interpreters during therapy and maintain a practice where many of my patients are international students living in the United States.
