My practice offers individual therapy for children(age 5+), adolescents, and adults with a focus on OCD, anxiety, panic, mood disorders, college stress, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT and Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD. My goal is to offer a warm, collaborative space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward with confidence. So far, about 30% of my clients are being treated primarily for OCD, but this is growing.
Treatment structure will depend on client’s needs and primary concerns. I primarily use CBT, DBT and ACT in my work, with a heavier focus on CBT and ACT.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with specialized training in treating OCD and related disorders such as body dysmorphia and body focused repetitive behaviors. I completed formal training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through the Cognitive Behavioral Institute, and I regularly integrate evidence-based, OCD-specific interventions into my work. I continue to build my experience through ongoing consultation, professional development, and research-informed practice. My approach emphasizes structured, collaborative, and compassionate care that supports clients in reducing symptoms and reclaiming freedom in their daily lives.
