Narrative of Services:

I am the Director of CBT Westport, a practice of clinical psychologists specializing in CBT for children and adults. We are committed to providing the highest level of care by using evidence-based, effective, and compassionate therapeutic strategies to help each of our clients achieve their goals. Treatment plans are individualized to each client’s needs. Although we have a significant specialization in anxiety, OCD, and related disorders and thereby the treatments for them (CBT, Exposure & Response Prevention, Habit Reversal), we treat the whole person, including any additional mental health concerns and other life goals.

Training Description:

I received my clinical psychology PhD from Vanderbilt University, where I received specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and related disorders, including OCD, BDD, Trichotillomania, and Tourettes. I completed my clinical internship at Columbia University Medical Center, & later became faculty of Columbia University Medical Center/New York State Psychiatric Institute. I have been certified by the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, and previously have been the Director of Child & Family Treatment at the American Institute of Cognitive Therapy & Co-Director of CBT/DBT Associates, both group practices located in Manhattan.
