I run a DBT-centered outpatient practice, with ERP as a close second focus for OCD. I provide evidence-based treatment grounded in ERP and ACT, integrating DBT skills for emotion regulation and distress tolerance. Over the past 5 years, I have treated 25+ individuals with OCD and related conditions.

Completed the IOCDF Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) alongside, A Comprehensive Workshop on ERP from Laurier. Received ongoing individual supervision from an OCD specialist who also completed BTTI (institutional affiliation available on request).
