Narrative of Services:

The clinicians at my practice, San Francisco Center for Compassion Focused Therapies, are well trained to work with individuals with hoarding disorder – this is the specialty of our practice. Besides, some of the clinicians have expertise in working with teens and adults with OCD. Our practice offers treatment groups, individual therapies, and online de-cluttering sessions for individuals with hoarding/cluttering challenges. Additionally, we also offer consultation to family and friends of these individuals, and help couples and family navigate this challenge. As a team, we have helped over 500 individuals with hoarding issues and their family and friends.

We treat co-occurring disorders and clinical conditions, such as depression, posttraumatic stress disorder and other trauma-related responses, general and social anxiety, avoidance and procrastination, and ADHD.
