Narrative of Services:

The San Francisco Center for Compassion-Focused Therapies is a group practice. All of our clinicians are trained to work with clients with hoarding challenges. We provide individual therapy, couple and family therapy, and group therapy in the context of hoarding. More than half of our clients seek psychotherapy with us because of hoarding-related issues, 30% for symptoms of OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and depression. The majority of our clients have experienced trauma-related psychological challenges.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Clients we treat often experience symptoms of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Complex PTSD, …etc., besides hoarding.
