My clinical interest is in treating anxiety disorders and OCD. I utilize a combined approach to help clients navigating their own nervous system, cognitions, and obsessive/compulsive cycles. On average, just under half of my caseload is being treated for OCD as the primary diagnosis.

I utilize a combined approach using CBT, DBT skills, ACT, ERP, and polyvagal or somatic exercises to address co-occurring disorders.

I have completed moderate level trainings through the IOCDF, NOCD.org, and various additional OCD practitioners.
